सेन्शर बोर्ड बिरुद्द बर्बाद युनिटले मुद्दा हाल्ने
नेपाली कथानक चलचित्र "बर्बाद्" सेन्सरले ७० प्रतिशत अश्लिल भने पछी तनाबमा फसेको "बर्बाद्" युनिट अन्तत अब चलचित्रलाई पुन सेन्सरको प्रकृयामा लाने र एदी अब पनि सेन्सर गर्न मानेन भने अदालतमा सेन्सर बिरुद्द मुद्दा हाल्ने तयारिमा रहेको छ ।
नेपाली चलचित्र निर्माताहरुको छाता सँगठन नेपाल चलचित्र निर्माता सघले मंगलबार चलचित्र पुरा हेरेर यो चलचित्र कतै पनि अश्लिक नभएको पनि जिकिर गरेका छन ।
मंगलबार नै सेन्सर बोर्डमा निर्माता सघले औपचारिक पत्र पनि पठाईसकिएको छ ।
बास्तबमा पछिल्लो समय सेन्सर बोर्डले अश्लिल छ भन्दै बिभिन्न चलचित्रहरुलाई सेन्सरमा अफटेरो गराउंदै आएको छ ।
तर अश्लिल भनेको के चलचित्र भित्र कलाकार नग्न भएको होर ?
कि चलचित्रको भाशा समाजमा अपाच्य भएर हो र ?
आखिर के चाँही हो अश्लिल भनेको ?
नेपाली शब्द्कोश अनुशार अश्लिल भनेको त नग्न बुझिन्छ र चलचित्र नग्न हुन्छ भनेर कस्ले भन्छ ?
यी प्रश्नहरु अहिले सेन्सर पिडित निर्माता र निर्देशक्हरुको साझ सबाल बनेको छ ।
हाम्रो बुझाईमा पनि सेन्सर कडा बन्दै जानु अहिले परिपेक्षमा गलत हो किनकी अभिबेक्ती स्व्तन्त्रताको कुरा पनि आउँछ । सेन्सरको एस्तै झमेलाका कारण "बर्बाद्"निर्मता जि के शर्माले कडा रुपमा प्रस्तुत भएका छन । हाल लिबियामा आफ्नो अफिसेल कामले फसेका निर्माता शर्मा अब आफ्नो काम छोडेरै भएपनी नेपाल आएर सेन्सर सँग जबाफ माग्ने भएका छन ।
उनी १५ तारिख नेपाल आउने भएका छन । उनले आफ्नो चलचित्रलाई सेन्सरले दु:ख दिएको भन्दै आफ्नो सामाजिक सन्जाल फेसबुकमा यसरि दु:ख पोखेका छन ।
हामिले उनको फेसबुक वालबाट कपि गरेको उनको शब्द एस्तो थियो ।
Nepal Chalchitra Censor Board sharply scissors over the film 'BARBAD'
"No ! There is no any vulgarity in my movie. It's a kinda movie watchable with all family members."
This line is very common for the film directors, producers and artists.
If so, then why Nepal Chalchitra Censor Board hesitate to approve for move release?
Film ‘BARBAD’ has faced a barbad time while Nepal Chalchitra Censor Board used a sharp scissor over the film. Nepal Chalchitra Censor Board claimed the barbad being a vulgar film and didn’t approve for screening of the film.
Censor board has made decision to provide release right if film makers cut off some scenes and dialogues from the movie and make it watchable.
Board chairperson Narayan Sanjel stated that ‘I will not give permission to release such vulgar film, he added, ‘I will not do so till the time I am here in censor board’.
However, GK Sharma, producer and actor of the film, is giving a clarification regarding his movie and saying, ‘the movie is not like the censor board said,’ but couldn’t make a strong point to prove that his movie is not vulgar like censor board said.
Sharma has decided to re-edit the movie and submit to censor board again for the permission of its screening. It’s rumored that the film contains some sexually offensive scenes of GK Sharma, Jiya KC and Ganesh Giri, as they are the leading artists of the ‘BARBAD’.
The movie ‘Barbad’ is directed by Rim Bishwakarma.
